2. Audience Profile
In terms of the NRS demographic, the main
target audience I will be focusing on and
advertising my product to will be classified
under the C2 demographic however I do
want to be able to reach out to a wider
audience as my product is based off of an
existing franchise where people under all the
classifications will be interested in.
When looking at genders and which one to target my
product to, looking at statistics of people already
interested in the franchise I am basing my work off the
divide between male and female was pretty even on
both sides but when looking at the people who read the
books, the split was more ranged with over 60% of this
‘fanbase’ reading the books identifying as female.

For this idea, I am basing the ‘level’ off
of the first book of the series City of
Bones and using adobe color I am
able to find a colour scheme straight
from the image. As this is the first book
of this series, it would be classed as
level 1, showing the start of the game
and being presented with an easy
difficulty compared to levels later on.

Using the final book of the series
City of Heavenly Fire I followed
the same steps I did previously
with using adobe color to create
a colour scheme and then used
those colours for the card to help
fans recognise the link between
the level and the book

9. Contingency Planning
Potential Issue Solution
A potential issue could be forgetting to save
work onto my MacBook such as animation
work.
Always have a backup to save on, save
onto the mac itself then also use a USB.
Photoshop crashing during production Have auto-save set up, if not consistently
save, make sure crash saves back-up

sizing not working correctly check beforehand, look at where the zoom
is and check if the proportions look accurate

10. Health and Safety
Potential Issue How will the issue be

spilling of liquid only water with ‘sports’ lid to have least
likeliness to spill
staring at a screen for too long – eye strain periods of time, limit phone screen time,
turn brightness down. For personal
reference – wear glasses during sessions
making sounds - area pre-plan beforehand
