2. I have read about or attended speeches, courses, or programs offered by Gazelles,
and/or downloaded and used tools offered at the Gazelles website referencing the
“One-Page Strategic Plan.”
3. When I consider the term “One-Page Strategic Plan” I equate it to the distinctive one-
page form developed and offered by Gazelles and attribute its goodwill and
ownership to Gazelles.
I declare that all statements made herein of my own knowledge are true, that these
