4. WHAT did you drive to start this career?
“I have never thought that my passion for painting would become a
career!”
5. WHAT did you feel inside you?
“It’s something so personal and natural, I have never
thought over enough!”
6. WHY do you prefer to paint people?
“ When I paint people I can use a lot of colours;; the colours

and the light are so important in my picture”
7. WHY in the past did you paint especially sceneries?
“Landscape and objects are around us and easy to represent;
everyone start drawing from simple things”
8. WHY , in a lot of pictures , there are always three elements?
“Three is the number of equilibrium, three elements produce balance”

WHY do women have always very long neck and pointed chin?
“ At the beginning, I painted just the head and then other parts of body,
long necks and pointed chin let me fill the whole painting in!”
10. WHY do men are always in uniform or in mask and they have "normal"
neck and chin?
“The world I want to represent belong to women, men are not as important
as women, men often wear pompous uniform just to seem more significant”
11. WHICH is your favourite picture?
“I can’t have a favourite one, they are all mine, as children for a mum!”
12. The hats , so particular, are always present, have they a special
meaning?
“Hats let me use various and strange colours,, their oddness is able to

13. WHY do you paint subjects in foreground?
“Subjects in foreground leave no empty spaces in a
painting”
14. WHAT is your painting technique?
“I employ oils: paintings are more resistant and proof
against the time!”
15. WHAT are your future projects?
“ I have no particular projects, I just wish to keep the desire
to paint and to be always a curious person”
16. In your pictures, years went by, the colours are now clearer , WHY?
“ At the moment I’m living a period more quiet and carefree, this is
probably because , I prefer lighter shades”
17. WHY do you live in Popoli and don’t you go in a bigger town?
“ I prefer to live in well known places, with familiar people in order to better
observe any possible changements around us…”
