Every nation has symbolsâspecific objects that represent beliefs, values, traditions, or other intangible ideas that make that country unique. While these symbols may change over time, they can help to bind a nation together by reminding its people of their nationâs history and most important principles. Six U.S. symbols are depicted in this primary source set: the Liberty Bell, the U.S. flag, the bald eagle, the national anthem, Uncle Sam, and the Statue of Liberty.

The recently published educational policy document under the title âNational Education Policy Reformâ (NEPF for short) has been the subject of much criticism. Various parties have expressed their grave concerns about this proposed NEPF on many platforms. This document attempts to cover some angles which the author deems less covered in other criticisms. This critique is by no means complete or exhaustive; rather, the author prefers that it be read in conjunction with other such criticisms.
