1/ It was experiential :
« Learning by experience is very rich personnaly,
and it is something I want to develop in my company, as a
training manager. »
2/ It was rich
« Despite the humidity, we were all able to learn alot.
I like the fact it was very personal and introspective work and at
the same time group work. »

33. What do you walk away with?
1. The compass
