- Arrive of participants at the airport of Palermo or Catania. Transfer to Basicò by bus.
- Arrangement groups of participants to the accommodations
- Dinner at “Sorbello” Trattoria
Friday, 25 of March 2011
- 8.30 - 9.30: Breakfast into the accommodations
- 10.00 – 13:00: Opening of the project at „Sala Consiliare” – Town all of Basicò: identify the
issues, presentation the week: energizer,
- 13.00: Lunch at „Sorbello” Trattoria
- 14:00: Starting of the weekly treasures hunt: let’s find the first thing!!
- 15.00: Forming of the groups, introducing the first group activity, implementation of the
activity, round table of subgroups of 6, general round table in order to select the first image to
put into the European postcard
- 16.00: Integration games
- 17:30: break
- 19:00 – 19:15 Youth leader meeting
- 20.00: Multicultular dinner at elementary school – each group will bring some special food
from its country
Saturday, 26 of March 2011
- 8.30 - 9.30: Breakfast into the accommodations
- 10.00 – 13:00: Energizer, presentation of the second group activity implementation of the
activity, round table in subgroups, general round table in order to select the second image to
put into the European postcard
- 13.00: Lunch at „Sorbello” Trattoria
- 14.00: Continuing of the weekly treasures hunt: let’s find the second thing!!
- 15.30: Excursion: meeting in front of the St.Francesco church and excursion at Tripura
(Necropolis Abacena)
- 19:00 – 19:15 Youth leader meeting
- 20:00: Dinner at elementary school + dancing night

- 8.30 - 9.30: Breakfast into the accommodations

2. - 10.00 - 13:00: Presentation of the third and fourth group activities; implementation of the
activities, role-playing games, round table in subgroups, continiuing the work to create the
postcard, general round table in order to select the third and fourth images to put into the
European postcard
- 13.00- Lunch at „Sorbello” Trattoria
- 14:00: Continuing of the weekly treasures hunt: let’s find the third thing!!
- 15.30- Excursion: meeting at St. Francesco church and tour to Tindari (shrine, greek theater,
museum and landscapes)
- 19:00 – 19:15 Youth leader meeting
- 20.00- Dinner at elementary school and Karaoke
Monday, 28th of March 2011
- 8.00 - 8.30: Breakfast into the accommodations
- 08:30: Meeting point in front of San Francesco church in order to visit local cheese factory
- 13:00: Lunch at „Sorbello” Trattoria
- 14:00: Continuing of the weekly treasures hunt: let’s find the fourth thing!!
- 15:00: Presentation of the fifth group activities; implementation of the activities, role-playing
games, round table in the identification of subgroups, continiuing the work to create the
postcard, general round table in order to select the fifth image to put into the European
postcard
- 19:00: Football tournament
- 19:00 – 19:15 Youth leader meeting
- 20:30: Dinner with sandwich and hamburger

playing games, round table in the identification of subgroups, continiuing the work to create
the postcard, general round table in order to select the sixth image to put into the European
postcard

- 14:00 – 16:00: Free time
- 16:00: Project implementation: continiuing the work to create the European postcard, general
round table
- 19:00 – 19:15 Youth leader meeting
- 20:00: Dinner at „Sorbello” Trattoria

3. - 10.00 - 13:00: Project activity – final session Last draft of European post cards – Press
communication with Onda TV streaming television
- 11:30: Visit of Palazzo Baronale De Maria in Basicò
- 13.00- Lunch at „Sorbello” Trattoria
- 14:30: Visit of local churchs and mill
- 16:00 – 18:00: Preparation of thetrical show – End of threasure hunt ☺
- 19:00 – 19:15 Last Youth leader meeting
- 20:00: Dinner at „Teatrino” local products (arancini + pizza)
- Farewell night
