3. • April 10, 2014: Applicant met with District 1
Representative Lilly and was advised of permit conditions
that have resulted due to concerns with similar area
events. The applicant agreed to take extra precautions
regarding noise, safety and security, and cleanup of the
surrounding area during the event.
• Applicant was advised to make contact with the
surrounding neighborhood associations and businesses in
attempt to mitigate any undue burden to people or
property in the area.
• The applicant has also agreed to provide area residents
and business owners with a point of contact for the day of
the event so that they may report immediate concerns and
issues. This information will be distributed through
Representative Lilly’s office or upon request.
