GateWall Mail Security is an email server solution that protects against viruses, spam, and data leaks. It analyzes incoming and outgoing messages using techniques like regular expressions, document matching, and spam filtering to block or flag problematic messages based on configured rules. Additional features include archiving, integration with other mail servers, and reporting and statistics. The software is developed by Entensys, a cybersecurity company founded in 2001 with offices in Russia and Germany.

4. DATA LOSS PREVENTION
Depending on the settings and operation thresholds defined, GateWall Mail
Security can apply the following actions to messages:

8. ANTIVIRUS PROTECTION
GateWall Mail Security uses three integrated antivirus modules : Kaspersky,
Panda Antivirus and Entensys Zero-Hour Cloud Antivirus, all of them designed
for email traffic monitoring.

9. MAIL FETCHER
GateWall Mail Security allows fetching mail from any POP3 and IMAP accounts
and distributing the received mail to the users’ accounts.
Two mail fetching methods are supported :
 fetching mail from accounts with one user only;
 fetching mail from a mail account servicing several users, the so-called
multiboxes.
The function can be easily used for email downloading from free email accounts,
for example @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com, etc.

10. INTEGRATION WITH OTHER EMAIL SERVERS
GateWall Mail Security features IMAP-integration for:
 Microsoft Exchange
 Lotus Domino
Integration allows creating a public IMAP folder on a remote mail server and
messages processing therein.

11. MONITORING AND STATISTICS
GateWall Mail Security provides information on all messages processed by the
solution server.
Message monitoring allows

email files can be restored or
