Thank you for everyone who supported and inspired me during the election process, from as simple as one sentence to as generous as hours of conversation. Thank you to the AIESEC International Team and the PAI candidates for an incredible journey. Thank you to Gen2015 for having those amazing conversations, meaningful changes always come from bottom-up. Thank you to CC of Global Leaders Summit 2014, Mainland of China. Thank you to Sophia for opening up my eyes a year ago to China and Chinese people. Thank you to MC Dragon Team for tremendous amount of support since my announcement. Thank you to Tom, the best runner I could ever had, the election will not be the same without your support and input. Thank you to Lisa for the unconditional support throughout the entire process and leading the best team experience I ever had in AIESEC.
A lot of people have asked me to apply for AIVP 1415, but it was obvious to me that my contribution towards AIESEC as an executive board member is going to end in June 2014. Don’t get me wrong, I love this organisation and I think all PAI candidates were presenting a better AIESEC in their own respective opinions. Values and principles mean more than anything else to me. Working for a leader that has a conflicting vision and values will just bring more troubles than benefits. So the best thing I can do now is to be an entrepreneurial and responsible leader, and hope that one day I can tell the world I am successful because of AIESEC. I am extremely excited about leaving AIESEC and continue my contribution towards “Peace & Fulfilment of Humankinds Potential” as a partner and as an alumnus.

We must have honest and open
conversations.
Conversations that we
may not know the output and
can’t predict the outcome.

would yoube celebrating?

More than 5 times!

But, why still
nobody know
about AIESEC?

Or the value of
AIESEC?

“McKinsey is, however, by no means the world’s biggest
consultancy: it ranks only 7th by revenues.
But league table positions and
absolute size are not as important to
McKinsey as the quality of its frontline
consultants, clients and work, and the
extent of its influence.”
