4. ENTRY
Entry by registration in Sportdata.org.
Registration deadline is Friday March 31st 2017.
If changes are required during the official registration session because of incorrect, missing or new registration data,
a fee of EUR 15 is charged for each change.

8. COACHES
Seniors - Two (2) coaches maximum up to ten (10) entries, three (3) coaches maximum between eleven (11) and
fifteen (15) entries and four (4) coaches maximum for over sixteen (16) entries.
Junior & Cadet - Two (2) coaches maximum up to ten (10) entries, three (3) coaches maximum between eleven (11)
and fifteen (15) entries, four (4) coaches maximum between sixteen (16) and twenty (20) entries, five (5) coaches
maximum between twenty-one (21) and twenty-five (25) entries and six (6) coaches maximum for over twenty-six
(26) entries.
Max 10 coaches per country.
9. JUDGES AND REFEREES
All qualified Judges and Referees are welcome. Please provide name in advance. Deadline for registration of
referees is Friday March 31st 2017. Max 10 referees per country.

11. DELEGATION DINNER – SAYONARA PARTY
Saturday 8th April 2017 20:00- 22:00 o’clock the dinner for the official delegation, the competitors, the team
leaders and the referees will be held followed by Sayonra Party at 22:00 o’clock. Leadership of the official
delegation, coaches and all referees are invited to the Sayonara Party by organizer. Participation is 30 Euro for the
participants of the Nordic Championships. Registration before Friday 31 st March 2017.
12. DOPING CONTROLE
The participants commit themselves to valid doping rules. Doping control can take place.
