Review and update current IT development policy and standards to streamline application development. Develop project management training for several levels of staff including senior management. Develop a standard project management methodology to aid corporate acquisition strategy. Manage the delivery of several high-profile projects including data warehouseing, customer relationship management (CRM) and SAP(ERP).
