2. What is it?
• Workaholism is a critical disorder that people suffer when
they are addicted to work, which impacts directly to people’s
physical and emotional health.

3. How to identify it?
• When individual's relationship with his (or her) work competes
with other important relationships. They get more excited
about their work than about family or anything else.

4. Causes
• Workaholics have been molded since childhood.
• The seeking of complete perfection.
• Pressure.
• Work beliefs
• Workaholic role models.
• Bleak economic conditions.
• Rising competition.

5. Consequences
• Isolation from family, friends, couples, and so on.
• Work becomes the most important activity in their lives.
• Workaholics avoid going to vacation.
• They feel more comfortable with co-workers thank with family
or personal friends.
• Victims tend to be selfish with co-workers.
• Headaches, stress, heart attacks, anxiety, back pains…

6. Type of workaholics.
• The bulimic workaholic .
• The relentless workaholic.
• The attention-deficit workaholic .
• The savoring workaholic .

7. Getting help…
• Support groups.
• Get around people you love.
• Relax.
• Go out and have some fresh air.
• Have fun.
