Elite Academy of Science & Technology in Brooklyn, New York Over 10 years ago, Elite Academy of Science & Technology (EAST) opened its doors to Jewish students in Brooklyn, New York, and the surrounding areas. Today, EAST’s college preparatory program offers a rigorous curriculum that combines Liberal Arts, Judaic Studies, Math, Technology, and General and Biomedical Science. Elite Academy of Science & Technology, which is acquiring a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) designation, is introducing a Biomedical Sciences Program in Fall 2013. EAST becomes the only Jewish high school in Brooklyn to currently offer this program.
