Let's cover the last first. It's definately not a scam site. BoomDirect is a legit opportunity.
The company is based in Quebec, Canada with legal registration (watch the due
dilligence video to the right). They run a profitable business with a great business
concept. Johnny Martin is the owner and Sebastien Fillion is co-admin + Sales - and
support staff.
The concept is easy but needs to explain to make you understand this is something
very different than many other "money making" opportunities out there.
BoomDirect is an advertising agency which offer companies professional advertising
campaigns. These companies have low budgets and cant afford buying large scale
advertising themselves. BoomDirect look for such companies with high potential
webstores and when they get sufficient advertising there will be great profits!
BoomDirect make a deal with these now partner companies. In exchange of the
marketing campaigns they share their profits with BoomDirect. And more than 80% of

- Boom Direct has chosen to keep the site open after the flight of the beta tester, so as
to maintain the momentum, instead of closing one time pre-launch work. I appreciate
people taking the time to think.
- They also hired an advertising agency to ensure what is written on the various social
media reflects fairly the quality of their product.
- The site is still in pre-launch phase, which was scheduled on 15 January. Why pre-
launch? Because the official launch was planned in the next 60 days. Normally, no
purchase was to be performed during this phase, the platform was not ready regarding
payment processors, buying coupons, media members, the quality of the language, the
software "tracking" for sales partner companies, etc. This period will continue for 30 to
