Thirty years ago, I began writing software on the amazing VIC-20. Since then, I have acquired numerous valuable skills as a programmer, analyst, project manager, teacher, ScrumMaster and Agile coach. To date, I have coached almost two hundred I.T. and non-I.T. teams in numerous industries such as insurance, financial, avionics and gaming. I also hold a bachelor's degree in psycho-sociology; the psychology of small groups. My experience and training allow me to quickly ascertain both technical and human challenges facing any team and offer effective and powerful coaching to help teams and their organization reach their goals.
