If you are NOT living the life you dream about,
you have to look at your belief system about
who you are and what you can accomplish
and who you can be.
We all have a story we tell ourselves but that
is just it...it is just a story.
When you learn to tell yourself a more
empowering story, your life will change.
So is your story hurting you, or helping you?

special skills or
talents.
Just because you haven’t discovered that
part of yourself yet, in no way confirms this
belief you hold. Your gifts and talents, and
special skills can be found in what you love.
What is it that makes you lose track of time?
You are a gift to the world. Don’t ask what the
world needs, ask what makes you come alive
and go do it. Because what the world needs
is more people who are alive. It’s time for you
to step into your power.

My external world has
nothing to do with my
internal world.
Everything is energy. Active thought is active
energy. Concentrated thought is concentrated
energy. And Thought concentrated on a
definite purpose becomes power. Energy
flows where your attention goes. You are the
creator of your external world. Your point of
focus will tell you where you are vibrating.
By paying attention to what you are paying
attention to will determine what you manifest
in your external world.

I don’t have what it
takes to live the life
I dream of.
If you can dream it, you can do it! You are not
given a dream that isn’t possible to manifest.
HOWEVER...
It is in the DOING, that the dream becomes
real. So...do what you can, with what you have,
from where you’re at. Make a list of 10 things
you can do today that will bring you closer to
your dream, then pick 1 or 2 with the most
juice and DO THEM! Baby steps will get you
all the way up the mountain.

already BE there. Your job is to know what
that life looks like, feels like, sounds like,
Then...Do what you can, with what you have,
from where you’re at.

I see how things are.
You see things how YOU are. Your reality is
connected to your Beliefs, NOT the truth. If
you want things to change, change the way
you look at things. That is the proof of the
“illusion” of this world. Your future is entirely
within your control., it is NOT at the mercy
of some capricious or uncertain external
power. A belief is only a thought you keep
thinking...Change your thoughts, change

You have to be
BORN with intuition.
Everyone is born with intuition. Without intuition
you’re no different than a computer. So unless you
are functioning like a computer, you are already
making decisions based on various factors
other than logic. Intuition can be cultivated and
developed. intuition usually comes in the silence. .
Great minds seek solitude frequently. It is here that
all the larger problems are worked on and solved.
If you want to develop your intuition, learn to culti-
vate the art of solitude.

It’s NOT my fault!
OOH… but it is. Owning your experience lets
you own your power. If it’s always someone
else’s fault why you are where you are, it will
always be up to them to change, so you can be
happy. You will be stuck where you are till they
change. NOT a great plan. If you hadn’t noticed,
they will mostly will NOT change for you. Got
kids? you know what I mean. If you don’t like the
way things are, change your thoughts, your
environment, your choices. Make a plan and if
necessary evacuate.

logic.
Logically the right way can be the wrong way.
Our logic pays attention to our circumstances.
REALITY. What we can see right in front of us.
But your BIG LIFE lives at a different frequency.
Your BIG LIFE is accessed through your intuition.
This is the higher part of you that knows that it
knows. To get in touch with your BIG LIFE you will
need to develop your intuition.
Your intuition is accessed in the silence.

I need to pay attention
to reality..
Your reality is only the place you find yourself at
the moment, in this space and time. But if humans
had only paid attention to reality I think we can all
agree that none of us would be going to Cancun
for spring break. Your reality is made up of your
present circumstances. Your age, your education,
gender, race and money. Your
circumstances. That is just a story you tell
yourself about who you are and what you can do.

I need to care what
other people think of
me.
You need to care about what YOU think of YOU.
I may not know the secret to success but the secret
to failure is trying to make everyone else happy.
When you step into your authentic self, people may
not stand up and applaud but you don’t need a fan
club to make your dreams come true.
Fans just weigh you down.
Be your own motivation.
Personal Power = Good Self Esteem
Good Self Esteem = Higher Vibration

I need to get rid of
my FEARS.
Make fear your friend. Your fear is really just informa-
tion concerning where you are stuck. When you are
designing a life you love, you will be living outside
your comfort zone which brings up all kinds of fear,
real and imagined. Here is a great trick for dealing
with those fears. Tell it “I will meet with you Friday at
10 am but until then I am busy creating the live I
dream about. When Friday comes around most of the
things that kept you up at 3 am are usually gone.

The Law of Attraction
doesn’t work.
As Albert Einstein discovered, the language of the
universe is frequency and vibration, NOT words.
Everything carries a frequency and it is by your attention,
that things are attracted to you. We live in an inclusion
based universe which means everything you focus on
gets included into your vibration. SO when you look at
something wanted and say yes to it you include it into
your vibration. BUT when you look at something unwanted
and yell NO to it you include it into your vibration
because you are focusing on it. The universe has no idea
you WANT a size 8 when you are focusing on a size 12.

My friends and family
ALWAYS know
what’s BEST for me.
When we are small we rely on those around us to choose
or help us choose. But it is not always possible for others
to see what is best for us. What other’s believe comes
through their filters. It has more to do with what they think
they are capable than what YOU are actually capable. We
can walk the path with others but in the end we all have to
take to our own path. What looks like a great idea to some
of our friends and family might just be the absolute wrong
way for us to proceed. Designing a Life you love takes
courage. Designing a life you love requires you to listen to
your voice and follow your path despite what other well
meaning people want for us.

it just means I am
NOT good enough.
