1. CHEMICAL PRODUCT AND COMPANY IDENTIFICATION

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: is synthetic superior, compressor oils, formulated with Zinc free additive
package, containing antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors and metal deactivators, to provide satisfactory
viscosity/temperature characteristics, low foaming tendencies and good water separation properties.

2. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION

HEALTH HAZARDS :
• No significant effects expected
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS :
• This preparation does not require classification on the basis of environmental hazard.
PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL HAZARDS / FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARDS :
• Low hazard. Material can form flammable mixtures or can burn only upon heating to temperatures
at or above the flash point.
• Toxic gases will form upon combustion.

3. FIRST AID MEASURES

INHALATION :
• Using proper respiratory protection, immediately remove the affected from over exposure victim.
Administer artificial respiration if breathing is stopped. Keep at rest. Call for prompt medical
Attention.
SKIN CONTACT :
• Immediately flush with large amounts of water; use soap if available. Remove contaminated
clothing, including shoes, after flushing has begun.
EYE CONTACT :
• Flush eyes with large amounts of water until irritation subsides. If irritation persists, get medical
attention.
INGESTION :
• DO NOT induce vomiting. If individual is conscious, give milk or water to dilute stomach contents.
Keep warm and quiet. Get prompt medical attention. DO NOT attempt to give anything by ,mouth
to an unconscious person.

4. FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES

FIRE FIGHTING PROCEDURES :
• Use water spray to cool fire exposed surfaces and to protect personnel.
• Use foam, dry chemical, or water spray to extinguish fire.

5. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES

LAND SPILL :
• Contain spilled liquid with sand or earth
• Recovery by pumping (use an explosion proof or hand pump) or with a suitable
absorbent. If liquid is too viscous for pumping, scrape up with shovels or pails
and place in suitable containers for recycle or disposal.
• Consult an expert on disposal of recovered material and ensure conformity to
local disposal regulations.
WATER SPILL :
• Warn other shipping. Notify port or relevant authority and keep public away. Shut
off sources if possible to do so without hazard. Confine if possible.
• Remove from surface by skimming or with suitable absorbents. If allowed by
local authorities and environmental agencies sinking and/or suitable dispersant
may be used in non-confined waters.
• Consult an expert on disposal of any recovered material and ensure conformity
to local disposal regulations.

• Keep container closed. Handle containers with care. Open slowly in order to control possible
pressure release. Store in a cool, well-ventilated place away from incompatible materials.

material from direct sunlight.
• DO NOT pressurize, cut, heat, or weld containers. Empty product containers may contain product
residue. DO NOT reuse empty containers without commercial cleaning or reconditioning.

Exposure limit : this product doesn’t contain any material that have been known have exposure limit
value.

But we can use exposure limit value (OSHA PEL) from the vapor, i.e. 5.00 mg/m and ACGIH STEL, i.e. , 10 mg/m

This is a preparation and environmental assessment is based on component data and
that of similar products. A mineral oil component of this preparation floats and can migrate from
water to land. A component of this preparation has the potential to bioconcentrate.
ENVIRONMENTAL DEGRADABILITY
This product is not expected to be “readily” biodegradable. A component (s) of this
preparation is expected to be “inherently” biodegradable according to OECD guidelines.
ECOTOXICITY AND BIOACCUMULATION
Low acute toxicity to aquatic organisms is expected.
