In the globalization stage, there has been an increasing interest in the determinants and outcomes of successful technology transfer and commercialization of research results. In this study, An evaluation framework which crosses technology transfer services and research results commercialization in University has been created. We found that research based business idea generation increase at a faster rate for professors with private sector work experience who have more time for research in their positions. The article ends with a discussion of our empirical findings and its implications for support activities related to technology transfer and commercialization of research results. VTT has undertaken an international study on the impact of its operations. As a result of this research, it was confirmed that VTT exerts a pivotal role as a promoter of the competitive ability of Finnish business enterprises and as a creator of well-being. VTT’s expertise is involved in every third Finnish innovation. According to this new report, VTT is the most important R&D partner amongst public research organizations for Finnish enterprises. VTT’s role is emphasized particularly in innovations based on companies’ core technologies. According to the SFINNO database of Finnish technological innovations, no fewer than 43% of them contain VTT know-how. The research shows that cooperation with VTT also facilitates the entry of Finnish business enterprises and innovations into international markets. This trend has increased in vigour especially in recent years.

Brazil's progressive forces need to commit, starting from the 2024 municipal elections, towards to elect the maximum number of mayors and councilors committed to Brazil's political, economic and social advances. These are the conditions to prevent, in 2026, right-wing extremists from regaining the Presidency of the Republic, expanding their participation in state governments and the National Congress and putting their nefarious anti-social and anti-national project into practice.
