1. TABLET FEEDING MACHINE
MAHINDRA BIN ABD MID

2. INTRODUCTION
Tablet feeding machine is used to filling tablet into bottle and
sealed it.
This machine operate using 415 V/AC and pneumatic
system.
This machine consist of conveyor and 2 module :
i. Module 1 : feeding process
ii. Module 2 : sealing process

3. MODULE 1 : FEEDING
PROCESS
This module consists of 2 part :
Vibrator : to transfer tablet from tank to spinning plate
Spinning plate : spread the tablet to be fill into bottle

4. MODULE 2 : SEALING
PROCESS
At this modul, the sealing process done by single acting
cylinder.
the piston will move and suck the bottle cap. Then the
cylinder will move to the top of the bottle and push the cap to
seal it.

6. GENERAL OPERATING :
Start the conveyor by pressing the ‘conveyor on’ . Check the
direction of the conveyor rotation wheather it is correct or not.
Inverse the phase if the rotation is wrong.

7. Start the operation by turning the switch to ‘on’. The green indicator
lamp for each module should light up.

8. Place the bottle and snap cap
on the pallets then put pallets
on the conveyor. (The bottle
should be infront of snap cap
carries)
The pallet will move and
through the limit switch (S4)
and stop for the feeding
process at module 1.

9. Once the feeding process is done, the conveyor will move until the
bottle at the pallet touch the limit switch (S11) and stop for the sealing
process.
Sealing process will be done at module 2. once it done, the conveyor
will move.
To stop the machine by turning the switch to ‘off’ then stop the conveyor
by pressing the ‘conveyor stop’ button.
