How it Works

The wireless communication device features a microphone and
speaker for clear voice communication, and programmable buttons to
request a response from hotel personnel or to connect with friends
or family. Carried in a purse, or worn with a lanyard, the device
automatically communicates with access points installed throughout
your facility. Our servers receive data from the access points to
calculate the position of the device, even if the guest is on the move.
