gamut of LOMA member companies worldwide
 These committees covered operations, reinsurance,
retirement plans, and customer service, to name a few.
Typically, these meetings were hosted by committee
members, and drew 25-35 committee members, guests and
speakers
 Ed’s role at these meetings was to monitor discussions for
antitrust regulation compliance, and to help the host
company representative with the meeting set-up

 Workshops and seminars were aimed at team leads and
supervisors, attracting 75-150 attendees
 Conferences of varying sizes attracted member company
middle managers, directors and executives, and these
events boasted attendance of 300-450 member and non-
member company participants
