- How do I embrace changes in the business climate? Far-ranging environmental changes are the norm, and outright upheaval is not uncommon. Economic, social, political, regulatory characteristics are in a constant state of flux. Business executives spend a lot of time thinking about them, worrying about them. Competitive advantage continues to accrue to organizations that effectively promote teaming and sharing. Modern tools obliterate concepts of place and distance and separation, even as we accept a world of 24/7 global activity. High-quality software has always been a big driver in establishing virtual communities and driving collaborative innovation. Done right, it allows organizations to gain insight, effectively execute, and iterate responsively -- within the context of all your day-to-day processes.
