La même information structurée se produit partout dans
l’écosystème d’une entreprise.
C’est l’ADN d’une organisation et son «entreprise», et il
s’applique a tout ce qu’elle dit ou fait pour les cibles.
L’architecture des données et l’architecture d’information
centrée sur l’utilisateur sont les deux faces d’une même
médaille, et doivent fonctionner ensemble.
La pratique de l’IA utilisée aujourd’hui peut être
appliquée au niveau de l’entreprise, basée sur un
vocabulaire et une pensée holistique.
