Bipolar Chelmsford Update
Bipolar Chelmsford Self-Help Group Meeting:
On Thursday 26th April Bipolar Chelmsford is hosting its Spring Guest Speaker Event
when we look forward to listening to the Your Family Group Conference team,
Salena Holmes and Lyndsey Taylor from the NEPFT.
As usual we will be starting promptly at 7.00pm so please arrive from 6.45pm when
the doors open at the Chelmsford CVS.
A free buffet of sandwiches (from aCanteen) shall be provided with hot and cold
drinks.
Bipolar Chelmsford Film Club:
Bipolar Chelmsford organises social activities for you, the Film Club taking place on
Tuesday afternoons. If you are interested and want further information text me on

Bipolar Chelmsford Coffee Morning:
Our coffee morning is very popular and gives members a chance to relax with one
another. It takes place every Friday between 11.00 and 1.00 at Costa Coffee,
Chelmsford...13-18 The Meadows opposite Argos.
We hope you will take advantage of the self-help group meeting and the social
activities which are organised by Bipolar Chelmsford to help you cope with and
support you through your bipolar experiences.
