I am an experienced manager of operations focused on developing teams to face the challenge of achieving targets, in business goals, change management projects or production schedules.At present I am employed by a local company as Client Service & Support Manager (Exports) to manage a new Human Resource Excellence Standard. My duties include supervising small teams of researchers and technicians in qualitative and quantitative research programs through the use of internet based marketing strategies.
