the social, economic, and environmental requirements.
I graduated the Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Technological Institute of the
Philippines. It is a private higher education institution located in the large city of Manila
(population range: 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), National Capital Region. This
institution has also branch campuses in the following locations: Quezon City. Officially
accredited/recognized by the Commission on Higher Education, Philippines, Technological
Institute of the Philippines (TIP) is a large (enrollment range: 15,000-19,999 students)
coeducational higher education institution. Technological Institute of the Philippines (TIP)
offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such
as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. TIP also

4. •discuss the ideas, objectives, requirements and budget of a project and in some cases help to
select a site;
•consult with other professionals about design;
•assess the needs of the building and its users and advise the client on the practicality of their
project;
•prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals to the client;
•assess the impact on the local environment;
•use design and project management, specifically using computer-aided design software;
•keep within financial budgets and deadlines;
•produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications;
•specify the nature and quality of materials required;
•prepare tender applications and presentations;
•negotiate with contractors and other professionals;
•prepare applications for planning and building control departments;
•draw up tender documents for contracts;
•project manage and help to coordinate the work of contractors;
•control a project from start to finish;
•carry out regular site visits to check on progress and ensure that the project is running on time
and to budget;

5. •Applies for Building Permit to Dubai Municipality (DM) for approval of Design drawings.
Submits, by online application, the Preliminary and Final design drawings complying with the
Green building requirements and Civil Defence Fire Protection regulations. Sets appointment, by
personal or video conference, for revision of drawings and modification.
•Manages various services, consult with the Owner, research design criteria, attend meetings,
communicate with the Project team, report progress of the Work to the Owner, and submits a
schedule of services showing anticipated dates for start of construction and substantial
completion.
•During Schematic Design phase, “prepares a preliminary evaluation of the Owner’s program,
schedule, budget for the Cost of the Work, Project site, and the proposed procurement or
delivery method and other Initial Information, each in terms of the other”. Also, makes
recommendations on environmentally responsible design options available and applicable to
the Project and discuss with the Owner the feasibility of incorporating these options. And also
consider materials, building systems and equipment consistent with owner’s budget, and
schedule.
•The Design Development phase follows the Schematic Design phase, submits
•drawings and specifications showing the development of the design to the Owner, and updates
the estimated pricing.
6. •The Construction Documents phase follows the Design Development phase approved by the
Owner, and documentation of the Project continues in a more detailed manner. An updated
estimated Cost of the Work is included. These documents will be sent to the Owner, who will
forward to various contractors during the Bidding or Negotiation phase.
•Assists the Owner during the Bidding or Negotiation phase, and offer substitutions of materials.
•Reviews and approve companies’ prequalification in order to ensure that the Proponents invited
to bid for the certain work are capable of delivering quality and value specific output to the project
requirements. Based from the documents submitted by the Suppliers, they have to be evaluated if
they are technically reliable and efficiently qualified to manufacture and install the products based
on their experience, capability, resources, quality assurance, assets etc. Also, develops standard
Criteria that will serve as a basis for the evaluation for grading and selecting the rightful candidate
who deserve to acquire the project. Evaluates every materials submitted by the Suppliers to be
used and installed in the construction if they are complying with the Specifications, Quality
Assurance Compliance, Material Testing Laboratory, and Installation & product Warranty, to prove
and assure if they can really handle or execute the work effectively and efficiently.
•Provides administration of the Contract for Construction, and, when granted authority, will be the
Owner’s representative, acting on the Owner’s behalf during construction until the final Certificate
for Payment is issued.
7. •Visits the site at appropriate intervals to become generally familiar with the progress and
quality of the Work completed, observing if it complies with the Contract Documents. The
Architect is not responsible for the means and methods of construction, or for safety
precautions at the jobsite. These are the Contractor’s sole responsibilities.
•Keeps the Owner informed about the progress of the Work and will report deviations, defects
and deficiencies. The Architect is not responsible for the Contractor’s failure to carry out the
Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
•Investigates matters regarding site conditions that are different than expected found by the
Contractor during the performance of the Work. The Architect will then recommend an
adjustment of the Contract Sum and/or Contract Time based on these unanticipated conditions.
•Establishes the point of communication between the Owner and Contractor.
•Reviews, then accept or reject, the Contractor’s Application for Payment. If accepted, the
Architect will issue a Certificate of Payment to the Owner, in order to initiate payment to the
Contractor. The issuance of this Certificate means that the Architect represents, to the best of
his knowledge, information and belief, that the Work has progressed to a certain point and is in
accordance with the Contract Documents.
8. •Recommends to withhold payment if portions of the Work are defective, if third party claims
may be or are made against the Owner, if Subcontractors have not been paid, if the Work
cannot be completed for the unpaid balance of the Contract Sum or in the remaining Contract
Time, if there is damage to the Owner or a separate contractor, or by repeated failure of the
Contractor to
•carry out the Work in accordance to the Contract Documents.
•Conducts and order inspection or testing of the Work. The Owner may be obligated to pay for
these inspections and tests, but if Contractor’s work had been done incorrectly, then the
Contractor shall be responsible for these costs and the Architect’s additional time.
Reviews Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples submitted by the Contractor for compliance
with the design intent only.
Do not take responsible for the means and methods of construction or for safety precautions
and will not be responsible for the Contractor’s failure to perform the Work in accordance with
the Contract Documents.
Prepares Change Orders and Construction Change Directives, and may authorize minor changes
that do not affect the Contract Sum and/or Contract Time.
9. •Inspects the Work to determine the dates of Substantial Completion and Final Completion,
check if the Contractor finished his punch list, and if the Work conforms to the Contract
Documents.
•Receives and forward to the Owner all close out requirements, and will issue the final
Certificate for Payment.
•Interprets and decide matters concerning the Contract Documents, decide matters regarding
performance, and will respond to contractor’s requests for information regarding the Contract
Documents.
•Set as Initial Decision Maker, who will be responsible for providing initial decisions on claims
between the Owner and Contractor. The initial decision maker may be another individual, but
will be the Architect if no other individual is selected and named in the Construction Contract.
•Produces a further set of detailed drawings for the projects with precise dimensions
specifications, materials, and information.

10. G+7 + 3B Residential Building, owned by Mr. Ali Zalman located at Bur Dubai. a G+7 Villa with
five residential flats for each floors and an attached bathroom for every bedrooms. Also
includes, Gym and Swimming Pool facilities. My first ongoing project that I have stared in the
company from concept design up to the Authority permit application and submission.
Total Build-up Area 5,275.50 m². 3 Basements consist of 13 Nos. Car Parks, Fire Water Tank, Pump Room,
Services Rooms, Staircase & Lift Rooms/Lobby etc.. Ground Floor covered of 13 Nos. Car Parks, Substation, Guard
Room, Service Rooms, Garbage Room, Staircase & Lift Room/Lobby etc.. 7 Typical Floors with 4 Nos. Flat at each
floor; Roof consists of Lift Machine Room & Staircase Room.
11. Wadi Tower, one of a series of high rise buildings within City of Arabia, a 40 Storey Level
Hotel Apartment Building sets in an ecological environment, the fully residential Wadi
Tower presents the most refreshing and exciting surroundings to live in. Wadi Tower is
located within the City of Arabia in Dubailand and behind the striving project of Wadi Walk.
This towering structure is the epitome of luxury and comfort.
The tower contains 1, 2, 3 bedroom, duplex apartments and penthouses with unit size of
837 – 2235 Sq. Ft. (Duplex 3,447 Sq. Ft.).
Dubai Camel Hospital, Dubai Camel Hospital at Al Lissailli, is one of the unique hospitals
taking care of racing and breeding camels and has comprehensively dedicated to look
after sick and injured camels from knee X-rays to examining upset stomachs. Project
managed by Engineer’s Office (EO).
Dubai Autism, is a non-profit organization based in Dubai (UAE)
dedicated to improving the quality of life for children with autism and
their families. Maintaining international standards, the Center provides
intervention programs using a holistic approach for children with autism.
The Center also provides information, support, advice and training to
professionals and parents of children with autism working towards
facilitating a better understanding of autism in the UAE community.
12. Libya restaurant, is a 1,000 seating and dining capacity designed to serve the
local delicacy With an easily accessible location, the restaurant is only 30
minutes away from Tripoli International Airport by car. Taxi service is readily
available from the airport and, along with the bus network, is the most common
way to get around the city. The restaurant is located on the right-hand side of
the lobby level when entering the hotel.
The project in Liberia represented the first Greenfield mining project
undertaken by ArcelorMittal, which was established in 2006 following
the merger of Arcelor and Mittal Steel. We accommodated the miners
of iron ore in Yekepa, Nimba County, and transport it to the iron ore
quay in Buchanan, Grand Bassa County. The offices are located in
Yekepa; Green Hill Quarry (Bong County); Buchanan and Monrovia,
Montserrado County.
The Accommodations are divided into two phases:
Phase one (2011 to 2015): ore will continue to be mined and shipped
to the European steel plants or to the open market in Asia
Phase two (2015 to ± 2030): the capacity of our iron ore mine will be
increased to 15 million tons a year. A new fixed ship loader at the
Buchanan port and a concentrator at the Yekepa concession to
produce iron ore pellets will be invested in by the company and
constructed.
13. A proposed 5 Bedrooms and 2 Floors Villa located at Fujairah is a stylish
and relaxed five-bedroom home enjoying a tranquil semi-rural setting along
the eastern coast. This perfect family hideaway is set within lush tropical
gardens and surrounded by the mountains and village communities of
Kalba. It features a 12m swimming pool, an extensive array of relaxing

14. An awe-inspiring engineering feat, Dubai Palm Islands is definitely the
largest artificial islands on earth. These Islands are three man made
islands in the form of massive palm trees connected to the beaches of
Dubai. The first island is the Palm Jumeirah, Jebel Ali Palm second and the
third is the Palm Deira which is the biggest of them all. This artificial
archipelago located off the coastline of United Arab Emirates in Persian
Gulf.
Aqua Dunya theme park is an adventurous park with
timeless fun and entertainment. The park is divided on the
basis of adventurous story of Rakaan and categorized into
three main islands. Each island presents its own story and
gives endless energy to enjoy the rides at its full glance. The
project is an ultimate grand experience of restaurants,
residential area and souk for shopping. The Aqua Dunya is
the perfect utilization of Dubai biggest resource of water.
One can jump into the water with all its mystery inside it
while there is a perfect rafting experience for those who
want to be faster than ever.
15. A joint venture of TAISEI Japan and TAV Turkey group of companies,
for the management, supervision, consultation and construction of
the New Doha International Airport. Works independently and
produces shop drawings for structural reinforcement steel layouts
and detailed section for each respective areas based on project
schedule and deadlines.
