2. What IS eWomenExpo?
We are your grandmothers, mothers, sisters, aunts, friends and neighbors. We are
a sisterhood of women who are intent on being successful in business, just as we
are in life, and we will learn, and grow, and use new tools to do so!
It is said that when times are tough, the tough get going.
Well, I can say for myself, I am tough—I have been through the school of hard
knocks and glass ceilings and I have not just survived but broken through. As an
entrepreneur I have succeeded and failed-forward, but I have learned from each
experience, building on future successes. I believe in paying it forward, and live
my life each day accordingly.
I don’t think any of us can dispute that these are tough economic times. I’ve sat
and wondered for more than a year how to prepare for these times, and what I
can do to help others. One day earlier this year, I hit on an idea, and as I developed
this idea over the last six months, I’ve found things that would compound it’s
value. But it all starts out with a basic plan—a SALES PLAN.

3. Your NEW Virtual Business Life
First, this concept had to be AFFORDABLE. After all, with the prices of gas,
transportation, food, medical needs and housing, many of us are already
strapped.
If you’ve ever considered a booth in a virtual show before you know that they run
in the thousands or tens of thousands for 30-90 days! Ladies, that may be
affordable to CNN or CISCO, but not to start-ups and small business owners.
Our tradeshow is developed to be a cost effective, and very affordable means for
you to get in front of potential buyers and strut your stuff! It’s not a website
per-se, it’s a LIVE, interactive SELLING show room!
Many of our friends and neighbors, even our co-workers in some cases, are losing
their jobs, careers or may lose them soon, and are in a bind. There are fewer and
fewer jobs out there everyday. What is one to do?

You provide information so we are able to create your profile page, and set up
your tradeshow booth. Then, you decide what “hours” you will work and be
available LIVE, what you will market or sell, and how. We help you with all of
that and more!

4. How it starts….the Lobby
eWomenExpo provides several elements on the tradeshow lobby page, just as
you would see in a physical show to keep things organized:
Above the tradeshow floor are buttons for easy navigation of our:
Agenda: the Itinerary for one specific day of the show, hour by hour, for keynote
speakers, events and locations at the show.
Keynotes Archive: this provides a video archive of the Keynote Speakers through-
out the tradeshow, for replay at your convenience.
Networking Lounge: providing a location for you to meet other attendees or have
meetings with exhibitors concerning your needs.
Agenda: Itineraries for each day of the show, hour by hour, for keynote speakers,
events and locations at the show.
Resource Center: a central depository of all information from the show.
Show Guide organized (first) alphabetically by company, allowing the visitors to go
directly to what they are looking for, (second) by product or services offered (a
booth can be listed more than once depending on their offerings, and (third) by
trade floor—sort of a “map” for each salon area.
Below the tradeshow floor are buttons for easy navigation of our:
Exhibitor Listing: this provides you a list of the Exhibitors at the show and the
Information Booth in Salon A has a PDF floor plan of the Salons and a list of the
exhibitors in each salon.
Speakers of special interest during the show.
Sponsors and their advertisements for special offers from Sponsors of the show.

6. Tradeshow Floor
eWomenExpo is a 24/7 x 365 year-round tradeshow.
At least (4) times a year we host “themed” tradeshows. The salons are desig-
nated as B2B and B2C, allowing for a diverse array of opportunities for all shop-
pers. We begin our 2008 inaugural show with a “Holiday Theme”. There, you
will find gifts for not just your clients and employees, but also for your family and
friends.
During these themed times, exhibitors may want to purchase a custom
“seasonal” or themed design for their booth. Exhibitors can purchase all types of
custom booth designs any time they wish at a nominal fee from Otaku Designs,
our exclusive provider.

in fresh information and products or services. An email goes out each month
with suggestions and ideas, changing out is easy, fast and free*

when they do, they get 1 point for every dollar the spend in the eWomenExpo
