You can now select customers and drill-down into information from views on the
My Collections screen.
1. Go to My Collections
2. Select a view (e.g., payments or invoices)
3. Double-click on any customer record
4. The customer selected navigates to the account record in the accounts grid
This is useful if you want to use any data in the views to select a customer. For
example, filter by invoice information to see who you should call. Filter by recent
payments to find out which tasks you can cancel. Etc.
