I created a quiz to test how much recruiters know about LinkedIn when it comes to actually staffing.
The average score is around 70, if you're a heavy LinkedIn user. Some people score much lower.
Useful for hiring new recruiters who tell you're they're savvy socially.

LinkedIn Recruiting Quiz 2012
1. LinkedIn Quiz
LinkedIn Quiz
prepared by Jim Durbin
socialmediaheadhunter.com
2. LinkedIn Quiz
Instructions:
The quiz can be given in two formats - either with access to the LinkedIn site, or on paper. When there is access
to the site, an advanced recruiter will score above 80, and a bare minimum score would be around 50.
Without access to the site, leeway should be given with answers, and the scores will still be 20-25 points lower.
These conclusions have been tested in blind studies. If you plan to use this as a screening tool, I highly
recommend you first give a blank copy to the recruiter candidate to study at home, then have them fill in the
information when they arrive for the interview.
