Academy of Grassroots Studies and Research of India (AGRASRI) is the Registered Research Institute, under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860, being headquartered at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. AGRASRI is recognised by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), Ministry of Education, Government of India, New Delhi, as Research Institute under the Maintenance and Development since 2016 on wards. AGRASRI is publishing Bi- annual peer reviewed journal namely The Grassroots Governance Journal (ISSN:0973-0257) since 2003 on wards. AGRASRI is closely working with the Govt.of India and Govt.of Andhra Pradesh for research, training, education and advocacy in rural society.
