4. Water Let’s discuss the benefits of carbonated sugar loaded soft drink. Nothing. Soft drink has incredible amounts of sugar in it and it will not refresh you. Water has no sugar, no fat and no additives. You feel instantly refreshed when drinking it and it helps to flush the waste out of your body. Plus it’s not so sickly sweet as soft drink.
5. Fruit Fruit is being neglected just as much as vegetables. Fruit, with natural sugars and vitamins is some of the best food to eat when trying to lose weight. I love Banana, Strawberry, Orange, Passionfruit and Apple in a fruit salad with low fat yogurt on top. Tasty, healthy and full of vitamins. Better than a fruit roll-up any day.
6. Fish One of the world’s best products. Fish has so many benefits that it would take too long to list them all here. However Omega 3 found in fish helps to lower cholesterol and is good for the heart and brains. Fish are also low in fat and can substitute chicken in most dishes.
