1. DECEPTION: DR SHRINIWAS JANARDAN KASHALIKAR
Student: Sir, the deception may be in terms of breach of trust
and unfulfilled expectations from spouse, family, friends,
relatives, leaders, employers, doctors, traders and even
governments. It may be associated with physical handicap,
pain, loss of money and property or failures in examinations,
competitions, elections, tournaments etc.
Teacher: Yes! The common feature of deceptions is; agony,
humiliation, pain and misery. However; in spite of this fact; we
continue to live and work.
Student: Why? Why do we live and work in spite of such
misery? The strange thing is; we keep working not only in spite
of deceptions but also in spite of several loyal responses
ensuring fulfillment of our expectations! The question is; why?
Teacher: Our innate aspiration is neither defeated by such
deceptions nor satisfied by such fulfillment of our expectations!
In other words we are neither truly deceived or we are truly
satisfied!
The true deception is being away from the innate aspiration of
self realization through NAMASMARAN and the true fulfillment
is being in NAMASMARAN; irrespective of all the other so called
deceptions or fulfillments!
