Conducted Midterm evaluation of the “Strengthening Capacity for Aid Effectiveness in Bangla
project which was initiated in September 2011 for a period of almost five years until June 2016

The Agro-Inputs Project (AIP) through the creation of a network of privately owned certified agricultural inpu
retailers seeks to ensure farmer’s access to quality unadulterated inputs. This will be achieved through the c
society organizations: (1) establish a sustainable Agricultural Input Retailers’ Network (AIRN), (2) enhance
market information systems, (3) improve quality control standards and (4) build the capacity of other partner
CSOs. AIP, in twenty districts of southern Bangladesh, will establish forward and backward sector linkages
between agricultural input producers, CSOs, importers, wholesalers and retailers in order to improve the sup
quality inputs sold on a commercial basis. Worked as Policy Enabling Environment Advisor in this project
implemented intervention 3 (strengthening CSOs) and 4 of the AIP by coordinated on policy, legal and regu
constraints. Worked with IFPRI’s Bangladesh policy Research and strategy Support program (BPRSSP). On
behalf of AIP assisted collaboration with BPRSSP directed at improving the advocacy performing capacities
BSA, BFA, and BCPA- the aim was to enable these three input supply associations to absorb state of art po
issues and to assert to the GOB changes in the policy, regulatory and legal environments that affect their
respective industries. A series of meeting towards these were attended and worked towards mutual ends. I
addition to this assignment also conducted 1st Gender Assessment research work at the project intervention
FtF Districts and submitted a full report.

Evaluated the 3.3 million project “Protection and Empowerment of Victims of Human Trafficking and Do
Violence in Moldova” implemented during 2007-2011 in Moldova implemented jointly by Ministry of Soc
Protection, Family and Child, Ministry of Local Public Administration, Ministry of Reintegration, Ministry
Interior, Ministry of Health, NGOs, UNFPA, IOM and OSCE Missions to Moldova. The project will contri
enhancing the capacity of the Government, civil society and local communities to better identify, protect
assist victims of human trafficking and domestic violence and those at risk in Moldova. The project was
evaluated by me and a report was submitted to UNDP, Moldova which was later accepted by all stakeh
for publication. The project improved identification, protection, and assistance to victims of human traf
and domestic violence; The National Referral System further developed and expanded in 5 districts;

and address the social problems of human trafficking and domestic violence so as to identify and provid
integrated support to victims of human trafficking and domestic violence and persons at risk; 30 target

domestic violence; safe accommodation, medical care, psychological counseling, etc.and long-term
reintegration services through the National Referral System provided to 800 adult victims and 150 moth
child victims or at risk of human trafficking, and 300 women victims or at risk of domestic violence and t

AIP, in twenty districts of southern Bangladesh, will establish forward and backward sector linkages between agricultural input producers, CSOs, importers, wholesalers and retailers in order to improve the sup quality inputs sold on a commercial basis. Worked as Policy Enabling Environment Advisor in this project implemented intervention 3 (strengthening CSOs) and 4 of the AIP by coordinated on policy, legal and regu constraints.
