This one-day workshop aimed to sensitize nursing students about critical care nursing. It was held on February 20, 2013 at Joitiba College of Nursing in Bhandu, India. The workshop sought to develop participants' knowledge, attitudes, and skills for providing excellent care to critically ill patients. Over 300 delegates attended. Pre- and post-workshop knowledge tests found participants' average scores increased from 37.7% to 53.5%, indicating the workshop was effective in improving their understanding of critical care nursing.
