5. Range Scoring
• Each Kaizen received a score for each criteria on a scale of 1 to 10 where:

Very obvious solution / idea Original and novel, & fool proofing is incorporated
Thoroughness in implementation
Implementation planned but no details Fully and systematically implemented
Benefits
Unclear description; hypothetical Quantified and verified benefits to support strategic objectives
Participation
One individual Group involves most of the employees from work areas
Standardization
No standardization Official standard issued and communicated to all with training
Replicability
No lesson identified Single point lesson identified, horizontal deployment carried out
