Richard Lewine<br />Richard Lewine counsels CEOs in the critical areas of enterprise strategic goal setting and sales leadership, utilizing proprietary tools he developed over his years of senior-level experience. Starting with the industry he grew up in – clothing manufacturing and textiles - he now works with transportation companies, financial services organizations and a broad range of enterprises.<br />Lewine founded Achievement Alliance Corporation to focus his energies to help enterprises “not run the business” but rather “manage the organization.” His personal experience comes from running a business beginning with the shipping room floor and moving through manufacturing ops management, sales and distribution. He was instrumental in organizing a trade association for textile manufacturers’ sales reps.<br />Lewine identified a void in enterprise planning and measurement. He created Vision Building and Strategy Formulation, the President’s Alliance, the Objective Performance Appraisal System, Succession Planning, Owner/Partner Transitioning, and Exit Planning. He also conceived and developed GoalTrak™ EV, a web-based strategic goals and performance management system in use globally.
