The service consists of full integration of the payment process in the online shop with the
banking system. When finalizing the purchase, all transfer data is completed automatically, and
its editing is locked. This way the buyer does not have to manually enter the amount or the
order number, the account number, the name of the shop and other data required to make a
payment, and therefore errors are eliminated.

programmes of Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), Visa Cardholder Information Security
Program (CISP), Visa International's Account Information Security (AIS), MasterCard International‘s
Site Data Protection (SDP), American Express Data Security Standards (DSS) and Discover Card‘s

McAfee SECURE - certifies the tested equipment in accordance with the security policy and
requirements of the Department of Homeland Security's National Infrastructure Protection Center

validation with 256-bit encryption, to ensure the highest standards of authentication

NEW - The payer began the payment, but the channel provider had not "processed" it yet
COMPLETED - The payment has been successfully verified. Funds are 100% ready for
payment
REJECTED - The transaction cannot be completed

Notifications
Notices to the seller:
- "System" notice, so-called URLC. Due to its effect the Seller's order is marked in the system, for
example, as correctly paid. With its help, the Seller can create reports, analysis on their side and
automatically change the status of the order in the shop.
- URL notifications - immediate information about the payment process,
- E-mail and SMS notifications,
- Reports from the My Dotpay channel (csv, txt, pdf),
- Special reports (automatic reports delivered by email or FTP, GetTrList and GetTrStatus services,
dedicated services).
The person making the payment receives:
- E-mail notification.
Worth remembering:
- Notifications are delivered immediately after assigning a status to the transaction,
- Correct or incorrect receipt of the notification does not affect the accounting of the transaction and
the possibility of payment.

Subaccounts and Main Accounts
Main Account - Account (not a bank account), to which payments are sent. Administrator
rights, full access. One Main Account can accept payments from any number of the Seller's
websites/shops.
Subaccount - an account (not a bank account) which can monitor payments received on the
Main Account. Limited access. The ability to use only certain functions, for example, it is
possible to generate a link to an additional payment, but not change the important settings.
One Subaccount allows monitoring activities from any number of Main Accounts.
