A number of rural Education, Training, Health and Environment initiatives have been taken by the Foundation since its incorporation and it looks forward to creating new innovative precedents in areas of Rural Education, Health and Labor care.

1. DLF Foundation has been formed with an express
mission of empowering communities and creating
opportunities for the underprivileged in areas of
Education, Training and Health. To ensure
sustainable and inclusive growth, which is both
environment friendly and socially uplifting.

2. Formed with the vision of “Building Lives”, DLF
Foundation upholds the belief that it is necessary to
complement and supplement the efforts of the state if
we are to bring about a qualitative change in the lives
of the people. It is to further this vision, that we at DLF
Foundation have forged strategic partnerships for
implementing social and environment projects.

integrated with existing Rural
Learning Excellence Centers in

 Rural Mobile Library focused on
inculcating reading habits
amongst children has been
integrated to cover Adult
Literacy Programme in villages.

5. Integrate employee volunteering program (dlf inspire volunteers) by
appointing senior employees of dlf, their family members and
friends as “guides”.

6. True to our spirit of skill
development, we have
established a series of skill
training centers with the aim of
training 1 million youth over the
next 10 years.

7. Dlf Foundation aims at evolving innovative and action based solutions
to help undeserved sections of society fulfill their unrealized
aspirations for a better life through interventions in the areas of
health, education, and employment linked skill development.

8. The rise of a country from poverty to prosperity is a great
and fascinating journey and I believe that this struggle of
one-sixth of humanity for dignity and equity is of great
consequence for the future of the world and has meaning for
all mankind.
