PUBLIC RELATIONS Suggested Skills: Organization Multi-tasking Familiar with imaging programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Design/Art skills Sociable Skills Meet deadline Respond in a timely manner in communicating with others Diligence Responsibilities of PR include, but are not limited to: Creating and building relationships with those outside of the organization, such as leaders of other organizations, SU OGLEL staff, ASIA Alumni & Faculty and potential ASIA members in relation to promoting events and the organization. This can be done by creating good advertisements, all over campus, and to have one stand out from the rest is priceless. Keeping in good contact with other organizations, handling press releases for major events, as well as any publicity issues the organization may have are also the responsibilities for PR.
