The dkNET Hypothesis Center phenotype-genotype analytics module is currently performed utilizing data from the Signaling Pathways Project (SPP), and the Mouse Metabolic Phenotyping Centers (MMPC). Upcoming resources include the Human Islet Research Network Resource Browser, Appyters, Type 1 Diabetes Knowledge Portal,...and more.
