For example, in a culture where an employee rarely, if ever,
contradicts and/or speaks freely in front of a manager, the benefit
of a daily scrum would be minimized if not completely lost. The
issue of ‘face’ in conjunction with the “customer on site” practice
may interfere with a team’s ability to engage in out-in-the-open
risk assessment activities.
