4. HOST YOUR GRADES
Grades must be hosted on the internet
somewhere
This is one place where google sites is unflexible
One easy solution is to use DROPBOX

12. SIGN UP FOR DROPBOX
Download and
install Dropbox
13. SIGN UP FOR DROPBOX
Once installed, dropbox will behave just like
a folder on your machine,
You can save files in your dropbox like you
are accustomed to, except these files will be
“on the cloud”

FROM EASYGRADE PRO
OVERVIEW
Make sure all students have a password
Enterpasswords from the “Student” tab
Student passwords guidelines
alpha-numeric only (no spaces)
between 6 and 24 characters
Access the “Internet menu” on EasyGrade
Pro
Create grade reports on you dropbox’s
“PUBLIC” folder

FROM EASYGRADE PRO
Select “Create Website Reports”
Select “All Classes in Term1”
(if you use multiple terms,
select the appropriate term)
42. CREATE A NEW “GRADES” PAGE
Overview
Create a new page called “grades”
Edit the html for the Grades page
We are embedding the grades from
tripod.lycos.com into your google sites
Create the appropriate links
to your Grades page
66. TEST YOUR GRADE SITE
Navigate to your google site’s grade page
Students (and parents) will need to know
their Last Name, Class, and Password
Password and last name are case sensitive
74. UPLOADING UPDATED GRADES
On your computer, delete all files in your
“Documents/My Dropbox/Public” folder
Export new html grade reports from EGP
THAT’S IT!
You do not need to update your Google Site
