must be complete and current on the District Website !
ï If an individual Club has a âclub runnerâ website, be SURE
to check the âIntegrateâ with RI button so that website data
can be shared with (and through) the District website.
ï This portal automatically allows RI to keep track of all Club
Officers, Members, Club Meeting times, and locations.
ï District Leadership (Club Presidents, et. al, and ADGâs
must help to keep this information accurate and up to
date.
ï If a Club does NOT have a club runner site, be sure to
contact myself or Peter Cardamone for advice in getting
their Membership data registered on the District Website.

ï Depending on your Leadership Role in an individual
Club or within the District, you are granted access to
specific areas within the Districtâs Website Dashboard.
ï Access areas include âFor Membersâ which are
available to all registered Rotarian members, and âFor
Club Executivesâ which can be accessed by specific
Club Presidents and Officers.
ï District ADGâs can access ALL of these areas.
