District & Club Information
 An area on the Home Page displays information about
District Leaders, Club Leaders, Club Meetings, more.
About the Club Directory Page
 Club Directory page displays all clubs, their
meeting days and times, plus President
names, and links to club websites.
 It includes their meeting day, location, and
address posted on an auto-generated map.
‱ The ‘Organization Chart’ displays all District Executives,
Officers, Assistant Governors, and sub- committee chairs.
‱ This is USEFUL a information page for all members and
especially for ADG’s in the District.
Club Directory & Info Page
 Accessible from a Link Found on the District Home Page.
**Attention District & Club Leaders: It’s
Important to Keep Individual Club Data and
Membership Info. Up to Date **
 The District website serves as a connecting info. portal
between Club sites (and their members) and RI.
 Information on Our District Website flows ‘Up’ to RI.
 Data entry is made on the District Site, NOT the RI site!
Attention ADG’s (and Club Presidents): All Club data
must be complete and current on the District Website !
 If an individual Club has a ‘club runner’ website, be SURE
to check the ‘Integrate’ with RI button so that website data
can be shared with (and through) the District website.
 This portal automatically allows RI to keep track of all Club
Officers, Members, Club Meeting times, and locations.
 District Leadership (Club Presidents, et. al, and ADG’s
must help to keep this information accurate and up to
date.
 If a Club does NOT have a club runner site, be sure to
contact myself or Peter Cardamone for advice in getting
their Membership data registered on the District Website.
The Following Club Data needs to be
updated at least once a year (in July)
 Listing of Current (New) Club Officers: including
President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer, Foundation Chair.
 Listing and Status of Current Club Members
 Club Meeting Time
 Club Meeting Location
District and Individual Club Statistics and Analytics
(District, Clubs & Membership > District Dashboard)
It is important to become familiar with the
district website ‘login’ process and Dashboard
 For Club Officers and District leaders (ADG’s) to
accomplish these tasks on the District Website, it is
necessary to learn how to log into the District Site.
 Depending on your Leadership Role in an individual
Club or within the District, you are granted access to
specific areas within the District’s Website Dashboard.
 Access areas include ‘For Members’ which are
available to all registered Rotarian members, and ‘For
Club Executives’ which can be accessed by specific
Club Presidents and Officers.
 District ADG’s can access ALL of these areas.

About The Rotary International Website
 The Newly Updated RI Website is finally operating
smoothly after a few months of technical glitches.
 www.Rotary.org can be accessed automatically
from a link on the District Site’s Home Page!
 The RI site has a wealth of useful and relevant
information about what is happening Here and around
in the World, and about the Foundation.
“MY ROTARY”
 The ‘My Rotary’ portion of the RI Website contains
customized data that can be accessed by individual
Rotarians , Club officers ,Club Foundation Chairs,
Secretaries and Treasurers, ADG’s, etc.
 At Monthly Board meetings, as Club Foundation
Chair, I am able to obtain Foundation stats from the
‘Club Reports’ section to complete my report.
 The ‘My Rotary’ site also enables all Rotarians to
Contribute to the Foundation through a secure ‘On
Line’ portal, and to view their contribution history.
More about “MY ROTARY”
 “My Rotary” is also a great place to learn about Rotary
Leadership information in the Rotary Learning Center
How to get Started using the RI website and
“My Rotary”?
 First ~ Register yourself on the Site
How to Register on RI Website
 Next, Register with your ‘User name’ (e-mail address)
and create a ‘password’
A Last word about website Login,
Usernames, Passwords, and Surfing
 You need DIFFERENT Usernames
and Passwords to Login to the
District’s Website and the RI
Website.
 You can go to the RI website (and the
My Rotary /Foundation pages)
directly from the District site’s Home
page!
Please ENCOURAGE Members to VISIT the District Site FIRST,
where they will find all the Latest Local Information, PLUS the
RI links -
See one, Do One, Teach One
 Practice how to log in, surf the District Site, and
become familiar with the website ‘dashboard’ – it will
enable you to use these powerful website tools to
better serve yourself, Local Clubs and your Members.

Club’s Database is up to date. This information is
beneficial to all Members!
