2. OUR STORY....In Brief
 How it has developed.
We adopted the Zuari Nagar Secondary School. We visited
the school and identified the areas where we could provide
assistance .
As the first step to improve the infrastructure of the School
Our school gifted a television, set which was well
appreciated as it helped them to watch the prime minister’s
speech on teacher’s day.
 We had an interactive session with the students of classes
V to X and them enlightened them about hygiene,
personality development, garbage disposal and career
choices.

3. Our 7 Day Plan

4. Day 1 and Day 2
 We got together and after a lot of brain storming decided to
take up a project drafted a plan on how we were going to go
about the plan.
 We had a variety of projects to choose from and we decided
on a project that included the betterment of a Municipal
school.
 We finalized on helping the Zuari Nagar secondary
school and then our mentors arranged a meeting with
the head master of the school.
 They were excited and happy with our approach and
readily agreed to help us go forward with the plan.

5. Day 3 and Day 4….
 Day 3: We had our first visit where we had a
meeting with the Principal and he escorted us
around his school and briefed us with the
problems they faced.
 Day 4: We planned the interactive sessions with
our mentors and the team. We finally came upon a
perfect day and time to visit them for the sessions.

6. Day 5...
 We managed to supply them with an Onida TV.
 On our second visit to the school we presented them
with the Television. We also had a meeting with the
headmaster to decide dates for our further plans which
included our special interactive sessions that were to
be held for the student of V – X standard ( both
Kannad and English mediums of each standard).

7. Day 6 and Day 7...
 These were the most awaited and important days of
our 7-day project. They were the interactive sessions
with the students !
 The 5 of us, each with a different topic were supposed
to talk to the students on our specific topics.
 Around 300 students attended our program in which
we enlightened them about Hygiene , Garbage
Disposal , Personality Development and Career
choices.
 It was not only an Enriching Experience for them but
also something which was meaningful for us as it was
fun-filled with a few laughs and a lot of chattering.

8. THE
INTERACTIVE
SESSION .
We got an impressive
feedback from the
teacher and the
students, not only we
gave them different
ideas but we also learnt
a lot from them.

9. OUR AIM
We will be
continuing our
project as long
as we can
because now
that we have
bonded with
them we wish
to do as much as
we can.

10. Credits..
 We thank the Principal of our school, Our mentors :
Damodar sir and Kusum Ma’am and Gurnish Ma’am
who helped us in the making of the PPT and the
project
 We also thank the Headmaster and The Staff of The
Municipal school for Co-operating with us.
