This section covers the basics of Global 360 as a Process and Document Management provider, our focus on improving document and people-intensive processes, and how we uniquely address both structured and unstructured processes. It also provides several examples of processes, across industries, where Global 360 has proven success. What are our credentials in the BPM Market? This section outlines our “high and right” position in the BPM analyst quadrants, our deep and broad relationship with Microsoft and representation of our 2000 global customers. What is the difference between workflow and BPM? Many times we find that people are familiar with the concept of workflow — simply the flow of a piece of work — but not sure of the differences between workflow and business process management. This section explores aspects of BPM such as document capture, integration of information from multiple systems, task automation and end-to-end process visibility that work in conjunction with workflow as components of a full BPM suite.
