Baseline Survey or Formative Research
• Anonymise the data soon after collection. Take permission before taking photos and information for
case studies.
• Do not reveal the identity of at-risk children.
• Parental Consent from the child’s parent/guardian mandatory for medical check-up and treatment.
• Share your survey and research findings back with the local community (schools, families, etc) so
they can benefit from what is learned
