During these unprecedented times, we are particularly susceptible to The Inner Critic, that internal voice of self-doubt and judgement. Fortunately, there are effective ways to banish the inner critic so that we can be better to ourselves so that we can step into our power, amplify our impact, and create the changes we want to see in the world. In this session, we'll also look at how amping up self-care enables us to give more to others, the power of compassion and how it helps us get to self-compassion, tapping into our imagination to envision what we want to create, and to how we to tap into our passion to contribute positively to the world when our communities and the world need our brilliance the most.
