R One of our main props
throughout our music video is
a guitar. The reason for this is
because through researching
into different pop/punk music
videos, we found that the mass
majority of videos included a
guitar as one of the main
props. Moreover when we did
our survey, we asked what
props people relate most with
pop/punk genre and the most
common prop was a guitar.

3. Microp
honeAnother prop that we thought would be
good to include in our music video is a
microphone. This is because quite a lot of
our music video is based around the
group of girls performing together in a
garage, therefore the use of a microphone
would make it look more realistic and
professional. Moreover a microphone is
usually a prop that is expected in typical
music videos, and we wanted to
emphasise on the classic, stereotypical

KIT
Wewill also beusing adrum kit asaprop in our music video, dueto wanting to
emphasisetheclasspunk/rock theme. Aswell aswanting each performer to have
their own musical instrument ,in order to makethevideo look effectiveand bring
out their individual character in themusic video. Moreover most pop/punk music
videostend to have somekind of drum kit being played throughout thevideo,
thereforeto makeour video look morerealistic and link to thepop/punk genrewe
thought including adrum kit asoneof our propswould beagood ideaand work

We have chosen to dress
our first band member pretty
simple, however still include
punk elements, such as the
choker and black doc
martins. The reason for this
is because we are wanting
to show each individuals
personality and style as well
as still relating to the
pop/punk genre.

member, we have decided
to dress them slightly more
gothic, to show off their
gothic personality. However
we have still included punk
features in order to relate
back to the pop/punk genre.
We have chosen to dress
the band member in mainly
the colour black, due to the
fact that black looks more
edgy and gothic.
For out third band member,
we have decided to dress
them with the complete
punk look. We have decided
this, because band member
3 is going to be the main
singer, therefore needs to
stand out the most.
Moreover, due to our genre
being pop/punk we thought
it would be good to link our
main singers style to the
genre in order to make it
look effective.
