ATS-Friendly: Because 100% of all large companies
and 50% of all mid-sized companies use an ATS
(Applicant Tracking System) to initially cull all resumes.!
The ATS rejects 75-90% of all resumes before a
human even sees them. If you resume is not optimized
for an ATS, you’re toast and you don’t know why.
