Brooklyn are three of the
world’s largest ‘sky
farms’.
Over 6 days, as part of an
intimate tour group of 10,
you’ll explore how these
inspiring commercial
enterprises are turning
concrete into crops.

You’ll be amazed to
see how some farms
cover more than 2 ½
acres of a building’s
rooftop.

their engineering and

As well as growing acres
of fruit and
vegetables, these roof top
farms have chook houses
and bee hives producing
fresh eggs and honey for
local residents. You’ll get
a chance to get your
hands dirty, collect some
